Proposal 213 - Debian Multimedia BoF (Andreas Tille)

Sorry, wrong subject was previously injected here - it previously said
"Med" instead of "Multimedia".  I'm about to cancel this BoF due to a
lack of any response from Debian Multimedia.

Please raise your hand soon if this slot should be reserved for a
team meeting of multimedia maintainers.
