I've just created the FFmpeg page [1].
There isn't much new for those who followed the discussion on the list, because
I mainly copied from the mails.
If something is wrong/missing, feel free to fix that, but please notify me, so
that I can double-check it.

I encourage those who prefer Libav to put their arguments on the corresponding
Libav wiki page.
