exclude mipsel from build

Architecture does not allow !. You need to list all supported architectures
instead.

Am I missing something or doesn't x42-plugins does not have any hand written
assembler code? In that case a bug against gcc would be more appropriate as it
seems it that gcc generates invalid code for that platform.
