Bug#789898: bs1770gain: Port it to libav to allow it to be backported to stable

The bs1770gain tool only build with the ffmpeg version of libav, because
it require support for channels.  The channel support for libav is
requested in <URL: http://bugs.debian.org/788609 >, but even if libav
would get such support, it is unlikely to get it in Debian stable (aka
Jessie).  Because of this, it would be great if bs1770gain were ported
to libav without channel support.
