BTW, I could reduce it to:

$ avconv -i "6ter - OSS 117 : Le Caire nid d'espions - 01-03-2015
20h45 2h05m.ts" -c:v copy -c:a aac -strict experimental lecaire.mp4

So the bug is in `aac` encoder.
