Fix versioning in eq10q package

Thank you Alessio,

still one problem although ... dpkg-genchanges: warning: the current
version (2~beta7.1~repack0-1) is earlier than the previous one
(2.0~beta5.1~repack0-2)

In previous packaging I used version 2.0 instead of just 2 ... this made a
watch file not working :(
Now I would like to change it to 2~betaxxx as upstream.

Could some "Replace" in control file fix it? Or other solution?
