Hmm, I seem to have missed that. But in any case my point stands. *IF*
things are to be decided by poll[1], then at least all stakeholders
should participate. Did you get any responses as to whether maintainers
were happy or concerned about switching the libav* providers? If not,
maybe it's worth another round explicitly asking?


[1] I'm not sure this is the best idea but it's not the worst either.
