this is because libmp4v2 is licensed under the MPL-1.1 whereas faac is
licensed under the GPL. Since both licenses are incompatible, the
resulting binaries would be unredistributable.

You will need to either rebuild the package locally or use a different
tool like e.g. ffmpeg which uses a properly licensed mp4 muxer such as
libavformat.
