Ok, Debian stretch aka testing.

Currently blender ain't in Debian testing, it got removed from them
yesterday to try moving the libstdc++6 transition on.
So, how do you get that version?
I'm tempted to say you tried to install the unstable package in testing,
and this won't work until the new gcc-5 will migrate, hopefully in a
matter of days.
If you are really really in hurry to get a working version of blender
try fetching the package that was in testing from snapshot.d.o:
http://snapshot.debian.org/archive/debian/20150720T155352Z/pool/main/b/blender/blender_2.74%2Bdfsg0-4_amd64.deb
(SHA-1: 6ebc045a8c2784ce7282d4145152a0386b65c1a9)
Haven't tried myself, but it has good chances to work fine.
