Bug#799317: devede: Devede creates only aprox. 5 min. sequences

I've captured some avi-files with "kino" from a camcorder. Then I created a
Video-DVD as an iso with different sections with "devede"-3.23. When I want to
view this DVD (with a DVD-Player or directly the iso with vlc) all files with a
runtime under 5 min. are ok, but all files with a longer runtime are max. 5
min. When I create a DVD with my Wheezy-machine running "devede"-3.22
everything is as expected.
