Uploading FFmpeg to jessie-backports

Filippo Giunchedi (CC'ed) wanted to upload a ffmpeg backport a month
or two ago, but he only uploaded x265. I'm not sure why.

Since x265 is now in jessie-backports ffmpeg only needs to be rebuilt
in a jessie environment.

So if you want a jessie-backport of ffmpeg, you can just build and
upload it. :)
