Request for jessie backport of mpv

I've been personally using such a backport.  I've run into
vaapi-related regressions, and was disappointed b2sb (binaural filter
for headphones) support broke.  The vaapi problems might be related to
running new code on an ancient graphics subsystem ;-)  Also, if I
remember correctly the config file format also changed in various
ways, and the audio filter syntax changed.

I'd be happy to do it, and would need an sponsor for the upload, but
it's definitely not something I want to maintain.  If you need
packages for x86 or amd64 I'd be happy to upload time some place so
you can give them a try.  If debian-mentors can compile for arm, ppc,
etc, I guess that might be an option too...
