Bug#821825: csoundqt: please split out examples

Hi, Felipe.  I see that the csoundqt binary package has gained just
over 70 MB of examples, which I presume are architecture-independent
and not necessary to run the application.  Please split these out into
a dedicated Architecture: all binary package, which the main csoundqt
package can list in either Recommends or Suggests (your call).
