Hopefully the same situation won't happen this time. I think the normal
maintainers for those Debian packages haven't been very active.

The FindKDE4 module has installed an "uninstall" target into all
downstream projects for ages (>= 10 years). Until recently kdelibs also
added a 'cmake_policy(SET CMP0002 OLD)' line to the top of the KDE4
module. This suppresses the error about duplicate targets. Now that the
policy line has been removed, cmake will error out on duplicate targets.

Since KDE4 also ships an uninstall target, I see no reason to keep the
one in kmidimon.
