Bug#833722: ffmpeg: can hear music but no sound/dialogs from movie

Dear Maintainer,
Last few days, I have been able to hear the audio/songs/singing
background but no dialogs.

I see the following on the CLI -

[ffmpeg/audio] ac3: Channel layout '5.1(side)' with 6 channels does
not match specified number of channels 2: ignoring specified channel
layout

[ffmpeg/audio] ac3: exponent 26 is out-of-range

Does this mean the only fix for such movies is a 5.1 output or there
could be some other fix ?
