I'm not an authority on PIE - I was just restating some of the points
talked about it on the -devel thread. "old-gcc" is anything before GCC
5 (so it may affect jessie).

Ok the package looks good. Please mention that you added yourself to
the list of uploaders in the changelog, then run dch -r, and then I'll
upload it for you.
