The archive accepts source only (ie no .debs) uploads for all packages
to unstable/experimental which do not need to go though NEW. You can now
do 'dpkg-buildpackage -S' and upload that instead of uploading the debs
as well (obviously you should also check it does in fact build).

Advantages are:
- Don't have to upload any debs / dbysym packages
- No/reduced chance of packages built in a 'dirty' build environment
- Build logs are available online
- The buildds will wait for build dependencies to pass NEW
