You can only succeed installing morituri 0.2.3-1 if you also install
GStreamer 0.10 libraries - which is the very reason for the crude patch
introduced in 0.2.3-2.

I see no sensible way forward with moritur, due to lack of activity
upstream.  Best I see is to abandon it and instead package the form of
it called Whipper: https://github.com/JoeLametta/whipper
