Remove abgate nad lv2core?

Otherwise should be fine ... no other bugs opened ...
But I am struggling to pass flags to qmake :(
If somebody helps fix gui issue and issue with qmake's flags than it
can live with us ...
But without upstream development ... it is a question how long :(

I have pushed couple of commits in abgate repo ...
