Bug#813497: kodi: Segfault on Startup

More information and potentially solved:

Since this issue only started this morning after using Kodi last
evening, and subsequent 'apt upgrade' I think it was the
libbasicusageenvironment1 update and removal of
libbasicusageenvironment0. I re-installed the latter, logged out and
motion video works as before. They seem to be happy side by side too.
