Bug#814937: xcfa: Wrong "Artist" field when encoding CD -> ogg

Dear Maintainer,

when encoding a CD into .ogg, the artist tag is the string "-a", while
it should be the string in the Artist text edit box in the GUI.

Indeed, when using verbose mode, the command line is wrong and clearly indicates "-a" is passed as artist:
