I have already prepared the fix in git and I'm waiting for libpng-dev to
become a non-virtual package.

 package as an alternative before the virtual one.

Will libpng-deb still stay as a virtual package? I this case the
following change would be a better solution:

I expected libpng-dev to become a normal package and went with

What is the plan?
