Dear maintainers,
Currently, when trying to play an encrypted DVD, VLC just does nothing.
In my opinion, it should warn the user that the DVD is encrypted and
that libdvdcss is required to play it. Even if the message is not
perfect, I think it is better than nothing.
Just for information, Gnome Videos/Totem 3.18 has the same problem
since a long time : see https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5803
