I figured out a way to a hack to work around the gbp build failure
that is fixed in 1.7.1-2 UNRELEASED.  Briefly, in ~/.gbp.conf:  change
the cleaner line under [DEFAULT] to "cleaner = true" ;-)  Please
upload the libva bpo and this one simultaneously.
