Making Kodi installable again in testing

Dear all,

Kodi (version 15.2 and version 16.1) isn't installable at the moment in
Debian testing. Could someone please fix the dependencies for this so
testing on this can move forward?

Details with Raspbian on an Raspberry Pi are:
