Yoshimi release 1.4.0

Hi,

I'm pleased to see the tracker is working again and this release is marked for
eventual inclusion.

I'm wondering if there is any way to change the package description.

Instead of saying it is based on ZynAddSubFX, could of be:

"software synthesizer originally based on ZynAddSubFX2

The codebases are now quite different. Also can the byline below be changed
from:

"Yoshimi delivers the same synthesizer capabilities along with very good Jack
and Alsa midi/audio functionality on Linux."

I would suggest:

"Yoshimi maintains sound and instrument compatibility but now has extended
features and accessibility."

The latter refers to the fact that we now have command line access to almost
all 'normal' controls and through the 1.4.x series intend to make every control
accessible here. This is aimed at providing access to those with sight or motor
control difficulties.
