0002-ppc64_support.patch
0003-gcc-5.patch

The files these patches touch (config.sub and Makefile.in) get
overwritten by dh-autoreconf so the patches have no effect. I think
they can both be dropped.

The build system clobbers CXXFLAGS. Line 81 of configure.ac seems to be
the culprit.

I think it's good to upload after fixing those.
