rtaudio rtmidi transition

These are not transition slots, they are automatically generated to
help track transitions.

You need to file two transition bugs against release.debian.org (use
reportbug for the right format) asking for slots. After the release
team says ok, you upload the packages to unstable and the release team
will schedule the binNMUs required.
