Bug#816494: inkscape: crash when reading PDF with 'import via Poppler' ticked

Loading a PDF, if I tick the 'import via Poppler' box then inkscape crashes.

I rebuilt inkscape with debugging symbols and was able to reproduce the crash.

The PDF that caused the crash is available here:
