Bug#819021: mediatomb-daemon: needs dependency on net-tools

Hi,

The systemd service file for mediatomb-daemon contains calls to
/sbin/ifconfig and /sbin/route, therefore the package needs a
dependency on net-tools which is currently missing.

Even better, you could port those calls to iproute2 and depend on that
instead.
