Bug#819453: vlc doesn't go fullscreen properly.

Dear Maintainer,

When I have tried to switch to fullscreen mode (pressing the f key or double
clicking on the video) the picture hasn't filled the entire screen but it has
moved on the upper left of the screen.

The rest of the video has remained black.
