Bug#825045: groovebasin: please drop build-dep on node-stylus

Dear maintainer,

the maintainer of node-css-parse requested the removal of the package in
#764944, but that's currently blocked on node-stylus (#804509).
Since apparently there is no real action on this front, I thik it would
be sensible to just remove node-stylus too, and I'd like to proceed.

The only rdep is groovebasin.  Please remove the build-dep from it,
or remove the package altogether.
