Looking for uploader: qstopmotion

Hi!

I'm looking for an initial upload of qstopmotion, a package widely used
in education for creating stop-motion animation.

I've worked with the upstream author to make it Debian compliant and
believe the package is in good shape to be uploaded:

Since I'm a DM, I cannot do the initial upload myself.
