I'm sorry, but I do not not plan to spend the time to do so.  Other
tasks will take priority.  I already spent some time to fix my preferred
player vlc by working with upstream, and sent the MIME type difference
to the other players in Debian to make you aware of the situation and
give you an opportunity to address it if you want to.  Do with it as you
please. :)
