I use Debian Testing with KDE 5.8.2
I think I find a bug: explanatory labels to the icons in left and right 
panels  in Inkscape disappear when I choose theme Breeze as GTK2 theme:
System Settings->Application style->GNOME Application Style (GTK)-> GTK 
Themes->Select a GTK2 Theme ->choose  Breeze or Breeze-Dark.
If I choose Raleigh theme all works good.
