Next time please also copy the command line, or at least mention the
program producing the output. I guess the below comes from mpv.

This looks like the sample is broken/corrupted.

No. Both ffplay and mpv usually just downmix the audio automatically.
This works fine here without any warnings.

Can you share a sample reproducing the problem?

Otherwise I'm afraid I won't be able to help you.
