libGL.so.1 is found in the above package on my system which you
apparently have installed.

$ dpkg -S /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libGL.so.1
libgl1-mesa-glx:amd64: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libGL.so.1

Do you have the above file on your system? If not, try reinstalling the
above package.

If that still doesn't work, please provide the outputs of:
 - ldd /usr/bin/mpv
 - /sbin/ldconfig -v 2>/dev/null | grep -v ^$'\t'
