Will replace mkisofs -> xorrisofs

I did not check the manpages about the options that
xorriso tools use. mkisofs and cdrecord as used by
the upstream:

mkisofs -dvd-video -udf -o dvd.iso "$dvd_dir"

cdrecord -v driveropts=burnfree -eject -dao dev=ATAPI:0,0,0 $1
