swh-plugins lmms Replaces Breaks

Hi Jaromír,

While looking at #859395, I notice this in swh-plugins:debian/control

[build-dependencies just above this]
> Replaces:
>  lmms (<= 1.1.3-2)
>  ${cdbs:Replaces}
> Breaks:
>  lmms (<= 1.1.3-2)

Besides the fact that this is completely ignored by dpkg because it is
in the general paragraph, it also looks wrong in the context of #826110.

I think it should be:
Breaks: vocoder-ladspa (<< 1.1.3-3~)
Replaces: vocoder-ladspa (<< 1.1.3-3~), ${cdbs:Replaces}

The lmms isn't really anything to do with this other than being the main
package which pulled in vocoder-ladspa.

Does that look OK?
