pd-csound on raspbian

This function does not appear to exist in pd 0.46.2, but is present on
0.47 . Therefore, it appears that the pd externals are being built for
a newer version of pd than what you have. Where are you getting your
pd externals from? I think simply rebuilding against 0.46.2 should fix
the issue.

That said, 0.47 is available in stretch. I suppose you could upgrade
your raspbian to stretch and the issue should be fixed.
