Bug#852837: Should buggy inkscape 0.92 make it to stable?

Inkscape 0.92 with this bug, combined with the dog's breakfast it makes of
text from earlier versions of inkscape [1], makes me wonder if we should allow
0.92 to make it out to stable (given that the freeze has just begun).

As far as I know a patched version, 0.92.1 will come out with a half-baked
solution soon, followed by 0.92.2 with a cleaner solution.  With stretch in
freeze shouldn't we push inkscape back down to 0.91-12 and await the release of
0.92.2?  I know I would rather have a slightly less feature-rich version of
inkscape, but stable, then one with a few more features, but makes a mess of all
of nearly all previous files that I try to open...
