Using Debian Sid I've installed from the official repositories the
packages inkscape 0.92.1-2 and libgsl2 2.4+dfsg-1, but I obtain the
error:

inkscape: error while loading shared libraries: libgsl.so.19: cannot
open shared object file: No such file or directory

I can't understand why inkscape is asking for libgsl.so.19
