Indeed, libavfilter6 is now linked with libzmq5.

As I recall I tried to use it and failed, inspected "man ffmpeg-full" 
which says it required building with --enable-libzmq, and "ffmpeg -L" 
does not mention that option.

I guess this bug can be closed - but I still suggest to enable it 
explicitly to get it hinted in runtime header output (and to ensure that 
build fails rathr than this feature silently gets disable in case the 
autodetection misses it at some point).
