Bug#865710: Missing static archive files for libfdk-aac-dev

Package: libfdk-aac-dev
Version: 0.1.3+20140816-2

Package in newer debian releases have the same issue.

The problem seems to be that debian/libfdk-aac-dev.install is lacking
pattern for the .a file.
