giada - new upstream release

Hi,

I've got FTBFS while building giada ...

tests/main.cpp:3:42: fatal error: catch/single_include/catch.hpp: No such
file or directory
 #include "catch/single_include/catch.hpp"
                                          ^
compilation terminated.
---------
catch/single_include/catch.hpp ... this file is missing in source
Is it possible to skip a tests? How to do so?
