Bug#857267: inkscape: Clicking on export PNG does nothing.

Package: inkscape
Version: 0.92.1-1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

opening any SVG image and then going to "File -> Export PNG image" does
nothing. Pressing keyboard shortcut renders same behavior.

Expected outcome is for export dialog to appear after which we can select the
location where exported image is to be stored.

Starting Inkscape from console doesn't provide any additional information.
