Bug#857432: vlc: Please stop build-depending on libgles1-mesa-dev

Hi!

The mesa package has dropped the OpenGL|ES 1.x support and the
accompanying packages in experimental. This means that once you
upgrade to the experimental version of mesa, vlc becomes uninstallable.
Given that those packages will eventually move to unstable, it would be
nice if vlc could disable OpenGL|ES 1.x support and start dropping the
build-dependency on libgles1-mesa-dev to prepare for the inevitable,
and to allow installing the latest mesa. :)
