4mp ip camera issues

I have bought some 4mp ip cameras and there were bad heat sinks according
to your engineers. I was told by davis that he would send me new heat sinks
and I would have to replace them. Bad customer service. I have the heat
sinks but not the right ones. I am a small company but I will be buying
around 100k usd this year. I need better support from your company.
