turns out that this is not the problem. (the build-process falls back to
some legacy code to check for libbz2, and finds it.)

i found some missing qt5-dependencies and some build-cruft that no
longer applied.

there's still an error with "Cap'n Proto version mismatch", in
piper-cpp/vamp-capnp/
it seems that these files come without sources (they refer to a
"piper.capnp" file that is not included), so something ought to be done
about them...
