Bug#873541: libsbsms update

​Hi Clayton,

we have a issue in debian with libsbsms

According to audacity mailing list you updated audacity embedded sbsms lib
to 2.2.0 version
so the audacity now is developed against it .

And it not build against 2.0.2 libsbsms what we have in debian archive.

In debian we buildidng against system-wide libs rather then embedded.
Can you please update sourceforge source and make 2.2.0 release.
It would help fix this issue
